Hi, I’m PhilFan(樊铧纬). Currently, I am a Ph.D. student at Zhejiang University@2026, advised by Prof. Cong Wang. Before that, I got my B.S. degree from the School of Automation Zhejiang University@2022, under the guidance of Prof. Xiaoyu Ji and Prof. Yanjiao Chen
I’m interested in AI Efficiency and AI Safety, especially in
- agent-loop acceleration
- latency-related attack in AI systems

Outside of research I build full-stack products and join hackathons now and then. Together with Qiyuan Chen and Jiahe Chen, I started poco-ai to make tools that people actually enjoy using. See projects/ for more.
I also run two Xiaohongshu accounts — PhilFan for development experience and casual life, and 狗头读论文 for reading papers — with over 1K followers in total.
Following my motto of Learn, Build, Share, I write blog posts and maintain three notebook websites: Learning Notes to share my knowledge, Dev Notes to track dev best-practices, and Hobbies.
Outside of that I run (half-marathon PB: 1:56:59), listen to Midwest emo and J-pop — ONE OK ROCK is my favorite band — and cook; some recipes are here.
